Dear Concern,

I am one of the account holders with your bank with account number
**********4052. I have visited your Punjabi Bagh Bank & Nehru Place Bank for
4 times and have spoken to your executive in the customer care at least 10
times. I want my savings account to be changed to ZERO BALANCE ACCOUNT.
Whenever I have called your customer service people, they are saying that
it is very simple you call it as ALFA Account for this you have to give
the letter to the bank and it will be done in 4 to 5 working days. To my
surprise your employees sitting on the front desk are not aware with the
procedure or not trained enough. I have given 4 written requests to them
but nothing has been changed.

I do not understand what is problem in converting my account to Zero
Balance account till the time I am running Personal Loan on this and after
that you can convert it into my normal saving bank account........ your
people has deducted all my money from my account for not maintaining the
balance…..I am not going to accept this at all and I want all my money
back…inspite for giving letters and taking to your people nothing has
happened at all.

I think I have to put my request to Consumer Cell as I am not getting any
resolution from your Bank..
