I'm not aware how to proceed, but please guide me for the below situation.

Problem: 6 to 7 months back I have raised a dispute with ICICI Bank Credit card
division for fault transaction on my Credit card.
They replied me with a SR number and told me that They will update me on the issue.

Till date they have not updated me. Also yesterday when I was in urgent need of
money ( my grandmother was in hospital) I realized that I cannot withdraw money from
my salary account which is again with ICICI.

When I contacted them they told me that they have blocked my salary until I do not
pay the dues.

Kindly help me in resolving the fraud as I'm not aware of the procedure how to proceed.

Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
