Hi Consumer court,

I have took car loan from AXIS bank, I have payed/completed all the installments properly.

Customer id: 245099333
Account number: 245010601339608
Vehicle Number: AP29BB 3996

Our loan tenure is completed and I request AXIS bank to send the check for the refund amount as we paid more amount of money in last installment, as initially during the time of loan sanction we have submitted all the signed checks with the same amount.

Note: As per the below mail chain, I have been asking AXIS bank coustmer care for this from JULY 2011 and there was no action taken till today. They acknowledge that they have to refund the money but they never do this. (I have mail proof of the same)

Please help me.

Now how the balance amount Rs 2624 in your statement is showing , till date i shall pay only Rs 4500 & Rs 1586 ie TOTAL 6086-1764=4322 only . I am a account holder with axis bank (cust id 131042940) I had an axis bank card too which I lost and got blocked in oct 2010. I requested them to reissue me a new credit card but they didn't do the same..In these due concerned I lost my job and was going on with financial hardships since the credit card was blocked I was not able to round my limited finances as I have to made all house hold transactions in cash..during this my father passed away I requested Axis bank people for settlement and reqquested them to waive of the late fee and misc charges as I want the same to get activated otherwise I would love to go with the settlement.but their people expressed their inability in either cases.

Now they have imposed a lien and hold my salary, I am at my home town as now my uncle has passed away, I have to pay rent, made misc expenses but I am deprived of..I can't pay the full outstanding in one go.Pls help me out what should I do to get this lien removed as this may cause in bouncing the cheques and ECS. who would be held responsible as the lien has been imposed without any acknowledgement and communication..

I Pitamber Dutt Joshi holding an account (customer ID 131049741) having A/C No. 131010100485557 with Axis Bank, DLF Gurgaon for the last 4 years.

This is my Reimbursement A/C linked with my another A/c 1310100453844 which is my salary account. I opened this account when I was in DLF, but in the year of 2009 I left DLF and joined another company Marriott international, but my salary continuosly credited to the salary account and in my reimbursement account nothing is credited.

I am in the opinion that the both the account salary account as well as reimbursemet account acting as one account because the bank does not issue any cheque book for reimbursement account.

As I need the money so I withdrew money from the reimbursement account so the balance remain Rs. 840/-. and the bank deducted Rs. 750/ - and service charge Rs. 75.25 from my reimbursement account on the ground that the minimum balance is not maintained. But I am having more than Rs. 20000 in my another account. So I would like to clearify the following points.

1. Can a person carry 2 accounts in the same branch.
2. Why not bank informed earlier all these things.

If possible, please arrange to credit the debited amount after enquiring the whole proceedings.
