duped by ICICI representative
hi,

Last year i got an ICICI credit card. Some months later, i got an call
from ICICI customer care person stating that at the time of registering
for card I had also signed for an Health Insurance for my parents. I
told him that I dont want any such scheme.

He then, told me since you have signed so you have to take it now and
you just atke it for the time being , then latter on he will get it
cancelled.
I refused to take it initially but he keep on insisting.
At last, he convinced me if I take the card, he will get it cancelled
without ant chrges later on but this will help him getting some
commision.
I agreed on that basis. Later on I got the insurance of 14000/- on my
mother's name though she is no more in this world.She died in May, 2005.


After one month when I called him back, he didn't pick the calls neither
he called me back.
Since then I am paying the monthly installments. When i tried to get it
cancelled, they said it will cost me 6000/-.
I was like totally frusturated.

Please help me out and tell me whether I can file a case against them.
What are my chances in this case?
