Sir,
I am HSBC credit card holder. i asked the customer care about my outstanding
Rs.9110.53. i paid the full amount ie Rs.9120/- by cash and i submitted the broken
cards to HSBC customer care (The Manager,Customer Connect,The Hongkong and Shanghai
Banking Corporation Limited, No. 96, Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai,Mylapore,Chennai - 600
004,) by professional courier on 01/09/2009. They received the courier on
02/09/2009. ( I have the proof of delivery).but they said that they did not receive
any communication for cancellation. and they are charging annual fee for my card &
add-on card which was told to me that no annual fee for that card. (once they had
added annual fee & service tax in my previous statement they reversed the entry).
now they are saying that it can not be reversed.
In the mean time i paid cash Rs. 2500/- through my assistant. he put the covered
cash in to chella mall ATM instead of Bank. Eventhough, they are appointing
agencies to collect Credit Card Cheques
in the ATM Centres. The Cash has not been accounted in my account. they are not
accepting cash at their bank branches. Who is responsible for the loss of Money?
I have paid More and More amount towards Late Payment fees & Interest.
They should reverse the Annual fee & service Tax and they should give "No due"
certificate for me.
Kindly give me redressal for the above grivence
