    Credit card division ,

    Dear sir/madam

    Inspite of sharing facts with you,and my repeated request..

    No respect has been shown to banking norms practice and RBI regulations and your
    duty towards customer .

    I have informed you of my age and distress situation.

    Your recovery agents/colection agent agents have made me and my families life
    miserable .

    today also i tried to explain my inability to pay for my due(Credit card),the
    pressure is to such an exerted by recovery guy that a peace bearing citizen can
    commit SUICIDE the humialition caused by HSBC recovery team.

    Pl note that this is a question of my life ,and further humialition to me or my
    family and me not able to cope up pressure and situation arising out of this will be
    the sole responsibility of HSBC .

    While explaining this the recovery guy was explained and he responded that he is
    doing it on banks behalf and comewhat may he will recover and my existence.

    This letter is being marked to all govt agencies as well to HSBC HQ worldwide .

    9880705372 and others nos from other nos available on request.(n number of
    humiliating and threatning calls received) today and last few days.

    The last call from the bank states me to sell my self or my wife and my chidren,

    DECENCY AND MORALITY LOST

    I REPEAT MY LIFE IS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF HSBC BANK


    I repeat this goon tactics by HSBC its recovery officer consequence on me/family
    will be the sole resposible.

    Pl find attached reqquest which is self explanatory.

    I have also informed on records

    1) 080-41186550 and requested 2 months time for min repayment of both my cards.

    2) 080-25889696 and explained my condition as no income for last 2 dues.

    Once again i request the same.

    Sir,

    I am HSBC credit card holder. i asked the customer care about my outstanding
    Rs.9110.53. i paid the full amount ie Rs.9120/- by cash and i submitted the broken
    cards to HSBC customer care (The Manager,Customer Connect,The Hongkong and Shanghai
    Banking Corporation Limited, No. 96, Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai,Mylapore,Chennai - 600
    004,) by professional courier on 01/09/2009. They received the courier on
    02/09/2009. ( I have the proof of delivery).but they said that they did not receive
    any communication for cancellation. and they are charging annual fee for my card &
    add-on card which was told to me that no annual fee for that card. (once they had
    added annual fee & service tax in my previous statement they reversed the entry).
    now they are saying that it can not be reversed.

    In the mean time i paid cash Rs. 2500/- through my assistant. he put the covered
    cash in to chella mall ATM instead of Bank. Eventhough, they are appointing
    agencies to collect Credit Card Cheques
    in the ATM Centres. The Cash has not been accounted in my account. they are not
    accepting cash at their bank branches. Who is responsible for the loss of Money?

    I have paid More and More amount towards Late Payment fees & Interest.

    They should reverse the Annual fee & service Tax and they should give "No due"
    certificate for me.

    Kindly give me redressal for the above grivence

    Today I called to customer care They are saying 2 Credie Cards only issued on my name (
    1)76 9299 8992 3294 ,
    2)76 9299 8921 1955
    )

    .Bu cibil showing extra credit card on my name.(4476 9212 1089 3124)
    This card showing 17539 balance how it possible ..Please let me know,

    alredy I given a mail for you,last week no reply from your side, what happening from your side.
    I asked the customercare exceutive about4476 9212 1089 3124) ,that person saying you donot have any information about this is card, if you donot have any information about yhis how you register complain againt me with CIBIL..

    Default HSBC card # 0441-3086

    I was holding a HSBC card ending with 0441-3086 neary 4 years ago. I made all the payments and cancelled the card on May 2006. I got a call again 2007 that my outstanding amount is 7000 Rs. I asked them wat is my last transaction for which they could not answer. In Feb 2010 I got a bill of 20000/- rs and also collection agents are threatening to pay the amt. I told them I will pay but want the May and Jun 2006 bill which they are hesistant to give. I have contacted CC, Collections department , etc and none of them are not able to provide the required bill. Also this report has been reported to CIBIL which has sent info the bank for which I ve applied for loan.
