I myself 'Ritesh Trivedi'working as a senior ' Audio Engineer ' with NDTV
Imagine ltd.

I am being harrassed from kotak mahindra bank recovery agents from

09930373482 ,02269544398 (prachi) ,02269544394 numbers. for my Personal
loan (spl 173631) cheque bounce. The loan EMI of rs 2642 rs is been
crediting every month of 1st from my axis bank bandra branch saving
account (028010100292054). The EMI got bounced because of the ECS stop
payment made by axis bank ( which i had not asked them to do )without any
prier notice and intimation.

After that i started getting threating calls from kotak mahindra bank
recovery agents from their kalina branch mumbai (PRACHI AND OTHER MALE
EXECUTIVES ).I had requested them to give me some time to solve this
matter with axis bank as that was not my fault and assured them that i
will pay the EMI on 1st of march definately. I had mailed to katak loan
dept (jaldiloans@kotak.com) and kotak bank also , asking for favour but
dint get response.Instead ,the recovery agents (kalina branch kotak
mumbai )keeps continuously calling , abusing and threatning me.Today(26th
march2009) afternoon at 3 pm,I again got a call from recovery agents from
no.09930373482 and 02269544394 , started saying abusing words and
threatning me saying they will come to my place,destroy everything,beat
me and hassasse my wife also .They also said that they are the gundas of
mumbai and will make my life miserable if i dont pay the EMI this month
because they can only get commision when i pay this month .

dear sir ,I am presently going through very bad mental condition . i am
the genine customer of kotak ,where i have got my salaried bank account
also in kotak mahindra bank andheri lokhanwala branch (09620040000143) .
I have assured them also that i will definately pay the installement
(2642 rs) by 1st of march. Plz help me in this as i am being harrasssed a
lot by this recovery agents ..

i havent not got even the welcome kit of my personal loan (sPL
173631)till now(for more than 1 years).

I request you to please look in to the matter .

my name khan wasim working with Pratibha industries limited. on 27th Nov my salary account was opened by company. i have got my crn number but i haven't get the welcome till now.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been receiving threatening call from 022-65515811. They have been threatening me to repay the loan taken by one of my colleague. I have no idea how did they come to know my number? I am neither involved in anyway with my colleague's loan nor I have guaranteed the bank that I will pay his loan. Then too, she is forcing me to pay my colleague's loan. Please take action against that recovery agent. Thanks!
