    respected sir,

    it is the complaint against state bank of patiala and state bank of india,
    bathinda, punjab dated 16/02/2009
    I went on the ATM of SBI{s1an50003902} and i gave the request of 10,000/- rs but machine did not respond on that time. i came and again gave the request of ministatement on 17/02/2009 but i saw 10,000/- rs debited from my a/c no 65009464018 and i gave the complaint in sbi office in bathinda at bhagu road on that date{17/02/2009} they gave me written clarification that entry and txn no 5169 was completly unsuccesful but sbop grain market bathinda and sbi did not respnding for my money

    Hi...
    SBI employee must take management training...I tried calling there so many times, 75% they won't receive the call, if bymistakes it gets connected then other person will shout at you like anything and as usual gives other number to call, which will never be responded..
    same thing happned to me, after long time my call got connected and a person asked me to call on other number, i said no one picks up the phone then he transferred the line (which dosen't happen) and without checking that he simply kept the phone aside and there is no response. agin i tried to call up bt now the message was "The line is temporary out of service". why don't people sit at home if they are not really intrested in working

    SBI employee should improve their behaviour, they should be given a traininng how to beheave with the customers.

    Default poor banking services

    Basic problem in main branch, SBI, bhubaneswar IS accepting chqS without giving stamp in receipts as a result they are not responding at all in case of chq missing. we have a corporate a/c opened in delhi ,chq of a client of kochi branch deposited in sbi main branch. the person who is taking care of corporate a/c asking us either it has to be deposited in delhi or in kochi they are completely not responsible for further services because they will give service only to a/c opened in bhubaneswar. instead of our regular transaction we should not expect these kind of service from them. some body should seriusly take care of these problems.

    Default poor services

    my saving account number is 302 693 380 20 at sbi, adb branch, bathinda,punjab. i applied for fresh atm pin number on 2-12-2009 in the above said branch. and i enquired for the same on 12-12-2009,17-12-2009,24-12-2009,31-12-2009 but till date i have not received any satisfactory reply. kindly do the needfull.

    Default Compalint against SBI Manager, SEEPZbranch

    Sir,
    Today (06/01/2010) I have with drawn amount of Rs 2000 from SBI ATM, SEEPZ branch, Andheri(E) Mumbai by using my ICICI debit card. I got three Rs. 500 notes and five 100 notes. But one of the 500 Rs note got teardown (NO: 6GGJ3878J). I haven’t noticed and I throw the debit slip in the dust bin.
    Again I went to bank (Besides to the ATM), and I tried to credit the same amount to my friends account with out noticing that note. But tell noticed and she rejected to accept that note.
    Again I went to branch manager, and explained, but he did not accept my complaint and even his response was awful, he was not even giving the proper response. And told me to go anywhere to complaint against him.

    This is what my experience with the SBI bank; many of my friends had this type experiences, and many of the people have the worst feeling about SBI services, I mean employees. I personally fell that they need some management training.

    Default Irresponsible behaviour of SEEPZ SBI Branch

    Hi,

    I had an SBI account in Bangalore and I wanted an salary account in Mumbai, when I approached SEEPZ SBI, they asked me to just transfer the account from Bangalore to SEEPZ and then just let them know to convert it to Salary account. But after the transfer when I tried contacting them they asked me to send a mail and that they can do it. After sending mails repeatedly, nobody answered to that mail nor the account was transferred. When I call them they either don't answer or they just pick the reciever but don't talk(probably they jst keep it aside). Such an worst, immoral, Irresponsible people. I wish these people are removed from the services as they don't even know the meaning of service.

    Default Non receipt of defence pension

    Respected Sir, I P.V.Doiphode Ex-serviceman (Indian Navy) beg to state following few lines for your kind consideration and necessary action at the earliest please. I am having pension account bearing No.11040912848 in SBI/ADB Hingoli, Marashtra I have availed pension loan to the tune of rupess sixty thousand only. At the time of availing loan in the month of December 2009 I have submitted live certificate to the concerned bank authorities. I am sorry to say that till today i.e. 21.01.2010 I have not received my pension for the month of December 2009. I hope you will look into the matter and arrange to credit my pension to my pension account. For act of your kindness I shall be highly obliged to you sir , Thanking you in anticipation.

    hi

    my name is jayesh chudasama from bhvnagar holding the bank a/c no : 66004106661. i blockd my ATM card by call to costomer care of sbi.. for it was stolen. now i found it from the police station at ahmedabad

    so, i want to unblock my ATM card. it take 24 hour to unblock by giving written application at branch.. i alread given two application at my branch since 13 jan 2010. but my card was still blocked... and my branch manager sailandra sinh gohil told me that i have allready unbloked your ATM card.. but, he is still lieing and misguiding me... plz help to unblock my card....

    Register your complaint with SBI customer care, and if the customer care people fail to provide the solution then send a written notice to the CMD of SBI via registered post.

    Sir,
    I am a pension account holder of sbi bhubanswar,Kapilaprasad branch since 01 aug 2008 onwords.I had received a letter from my previous employer regarding the enhance payment of my pension arior of 6th pay commission on08 feb 2010 and the bank has received the letter on 10feb2010.but till date the bank could not make my payment and telling it has not been cleared from the bank pension cell.Due to this delay of this payment I am lossing a handsom intrest of my money which is not the bank is going to pay me.Aultimately I am lossing a lot of money as intrest.It is my request to guide the bank to do the needful to provide me my money.

    Default Non receipt of Advices for Chsrges in Savings Account

    1. Grievance
    2. Debit to Savings Account charges without Bank Advices
    3. Savings Bank Account No 30151411222 at State Bank of India , Alkapuri Branch (Branch Code 3321)
    4. The bank has debited Rs 200 each on 30-09-2009, 31-12-2009 and 31-03-2010 aggregating to Rs 600 for minimum balance charges without issue of any Bank Advices. Hence we were unable to know the charges and correct the balance towards minimum maintainable amount
    5. For the lack of service on part of State Bank of India, the charges be reversed and be intimated

    Dear Sir,
    I am Kamesh Tiwari I am the customer of your bank SBI Nathnagar Bhagalpur Branch. I am writing to inform you that i have done transaction of rupess two thaousands (2000Rs) on 21st oct 2009 through ATM of SBI Gaya Manpur branch. My Account No.30454117033 Transaction No. Is 9325,9326 at the time of transaction message shown on screen of ATM machine is “sorry unable to process” I didn’t get money and my account has been dedited by rupess two thousand after that i informed to nathnagar Bhagalpur and SBI manpur branch about this matter. Again i inform by application and zerox copy of txn no. Slip. I am remaindering again and again but after remaindering I am not getting any responce by your branch of manpur and nathnagar so i Want to inform you please solve this problem as soon as possible. we also know according to the rules of RBI if banks not return the money of customer within 12 days They have to pay 100 per day as a penality.

    Default Atm service in kalamboli

    Am one of the customer of SBI residing in kalamboli.
    On 2 of may 2010,8.45, i went to this ATM in kalomboli for some withdrawal
    the security guard of the ATM just put a board which by the way cheaply written that
    the ATM is not working,on asking why he was not able to give any reason and just said it an order from the
    manager and then latter rebuttal then there was no network ,then again on further inquire he said there is no cash.

    Now before this day same thing have happened before,but some how forcefully was able to use the ATM,once inside was able to use the ATM,but outside it was written in big letter" BHAND AHEY",which i found it was irony.

    hi im janardhan i had booked an order bearing no:IN0904100593 on 9th APril 2010 and was said to be shipped till 16th April but till now i havnt got my order.on repated contact to costumer care they were posting the delivery date but till now as of 3rd may'2010 i havnt got my order please help me[IMG]C:\Documents and Settings\nagashiva\My Documents\My Pictures\indian plaza[/IMG]

    Default complaint against GM of allahabad sbi main branch

    Dear sir my mom is a gazetted officer she is a doctor posted at fatehpur khaga . We applied for bank loan for buying a car through sbi main branch in Allahabad located opposite to Reserve Police Lines . My mom gave all the documents like id card , form no 16 of 2 years , salary slip of last 2 years , gpf statement of last 2years and current also , electricity bill , registry of our house that is in her name only but they have not sanctioned the loan till date . All the documents were ready and submitted on 23 april but today is 8 may they have not done it . Initially he asked for a separate blank cheque of 1250 Rs the person who was the loaning officer but when we asked that in whose name it should be made he didnot say anything . Then the GM promised us to send the papers to fatehpur bank for verification when fatehpur bank verified the documents the allahabad bank's GM said that it not done properly so he will send it once more and by 3 may it will come back .Today my mom checked with fatehpur bank as her salary is credited in that bank every month they told that no such post has been recieved by them in this regard . In newspaper you say it takes 48hrs only for car loan but in our case 15 days have passed . kindly help and take some action
