This bank is run by messed up irresponsible people who do not have any moral responsibility of giving proper services. They think or they pretend to show they are most busy and anyone is free to come may times to get small services such as passbook update or small draft or just small service even in morning or at 12 noon. They always have some or the other excuses.They cannot do a single small task in 1 day. How did they get employed. How can they do sustain this job if they cannot perform properly.They should be fired and responsible people be recruited who can do justice to job. There are many people jobless who value work give them this opportunity and may prove better than former. Let the job be based on performance. They need to serve us properly, and we deserve that.

We have a branch nearer to our residence.If somebody gose to that branch after 11:30 am ,to open an A/C.Then every employee says, we always have 10 no. of A/C OPENING form.you can go and come within 11:00am TOMORROW ,if ur no. will be within 10 no.of people ,then you can get form.

WE HAD DEPOSITED A OUTSTATION CHEQUE OF Rs.1,40.030/= ON 11TH MAY 2011 AND THE CONCERNED SERVICE MANAGER FORGET TO SEND IT FOR CLEARNCE TILL 31ST MAY WHICH WE FOUND OUT AFTER LONG FOLLOW UPS.

THE WORST PART IS THAT EVEN IF SERVICE MANAGER PROMISED THE CLEARANCE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM 31ST MAY ,THE SAID CHEQUE WAS LYING IN BANK TILL 5TH JUNE AND SERVICE MANAGER HAPPILY REPLIED THAT HE HAS GIVEN IT TO DESPATCH DEPT.

WE HAVE BEEN RUNNING FROM DGM/GM/GRIEVANCE CELL TO GET OUR CHEQUE CLEARED.

The complaint is against the employe of state bank of india radhana road, sonepat, haryana.The workers sitting on chairs in bank have a rude and bad behavior towards people. Yesterday I went to bank for signatures on some documents. One employe shouted at me that the bank would not attest the documents then I asked the other person for solution, he also shouted on me that he do not knew anything.These employe should be provided with management training and should be taught ti control anger and talk politely to people.

i am from hajo,kamrup,assam and recently an SBI ATM has been launched and this is the only ATM in the town. the problem is that the ATM machine is not working properly from the begining but no response has been found after repeated complaint. the machine works only with 100rs note. an organisation like you should not play with the emotions of the village pepole. again you are misusing pepole's money by using these worthless machines. hope this complaint will be able to bring back smile to the villagers.

I am Ex Sergent Md Mashkoor Alam retired from Indian Air Force on 31 jul 08. I am getting my family pension from 01 Aug 08 through SBI Sherghati regularly but my Disability pension has not been started yet.
I am authorised for my disability pension vide DY CDA (AF) corr PPO No. 08/14/b/DP/93/2009 in addition to my service pension and another copy of revised disability pension as per sixth pay commission PPO No.08/14/B/Corr/DP/1009/2010 dt. 03 Sep 2010 is receaved by me and another copy of above mentioned PPO is dispached to SBI Sherghati branch.
I approched to SBI Sherghati many times for nonreceipt of it but they always reply that they have already forwarded to CPPC Patna.
Now I want to know the status of my disability pension and when I am going to get it?

The State Bank of India is the most anti-customer bank I have ever come across. Note, I say anti-customer and not just customer unfriendly. And I don't think it is any worse and than any other government bank. Employees of the bank actively DISCOURAGE customers from banking with them. And there is a convincing reason for their behaviour. You see they are government employees, they will get their salary anyway. So why encourage customers. More people means their workload goes up. Yes that's how callous they are.

I am ajay. I want to open a new account in SBI NEELAM CHOCK FARIDABAD HARYANA. But when i give the completely filled form to Mr. SHRICANT or SASHICANT . He said "stay here , i am coming". Till half hour he does not come, when i started to search him
He was found at cegrate shop and going to another shop and walking on the road, going here and there. After 45 MIN. He came to seat and said i was on loan branch .

My account is 10100045002 mwintained with SBI Jipmer Puducherry and I have given SI for personal loan @8681/but I am sujrprised to see that a sum of Rs9680-is shown as SI which is not in order. If any amoount over and above is deducted the matter will be taken to banking ombudsman which may pl be noted.

I was retired from the Indian Army on 31 May 2011 and entitle pension wef 01 Jun 2011. My pension A/C No is 31212324538 and single A/c no. 20027515386 at state bank of india of puraina branch, deoria, u.p (branch code - 8446). My PPO No S/018233/2011(Army) was received at your branch on 23 Sep 2011 through Main Branch Raghav Nagar, Deoria. I have signed undertaking and life certificate on 23 Sep 2011 at your branch. I have contacted several times at that branch but my pension and gratuity/ commutation not yet credited to my account. Eight months have been passed but neither pension nor other dues credited to my account. i sent complaint every possible venue but they are not taking action in that matter. i hope there is consumer court helping me. please sir.
My family is facing financial hardship.

In view of the above you are requested to kindly look into the
matter and do the needful at the earliest please.

sbp employee in 'mandi bariwala district muktsar' are the wrost employees i have ever seen. they don't have any sense how to speak with coustmer. they uses rubbish and abusive language and if any one resist they make him feel stupid and put barriers in his work. today i went to bank for withdrawl of payment but when i gave the cheque to mr. depak sidana field officer sitting there he refued to make the payment but when i asked him why he was nat having a proper answer and started talking rubbish to me but when i resisted he strated abuseing me and said i will not enter let you enter this bank again. it was a very harsh movement for me people dont go to bank to get insulted. the bank is in a rural are so the employee think people are uneducated and they treat us like animal
