branch manager is talking rudely & casher is not taking money

I had a very bad experience for ppf account closing at sbi bank at mahim branch.I have been shifted to dombivali & thats why i want to close my account. I am asking for needfull document requierd for that to concern person name sayyed (assistant) in sbi bank at mahim branch.But he is not cooperating me.I have been visited 5 times all the way from Dombivali.
SBI employee should improve their behaviour, they should be given a traininng how to behave with customers

i prashant kumar singh wanted to open new account in SBI. there is branch near to my house SBI,UTTAM NAGAR but it is always heavily crowded, so i thought of getting my account opened into other branches which are nearby.
So i went to 2 branches SBI,DWARKA SECTOR-7 & SBI,VIKAS PURI, but the workers over there inspite of opening my account replied to me that " IF YOU LIVE IN UTTAM NAGAR,THEN GO AND GET YOUR ACCOUNT OPENED IN UTTAM NAGAR BRANCH". But sir, i think every one has the right to get his account opened anywhere in the whole country.
their behaviour simply reflected that if i would have gone to study in some other state then they would not have opened my account in the new address in the new state.
So i kindly request you to please help me. as i need to open my account urgently. so I will get my account opened in SBI,uttam nagar, but after that kindly allow me and order them to shift my account into other branch.

by 3rd may loan will be sanctioned when my mom went on 3rd he said that papers have not come back
fatehpur . Next day my mom went to fatehpur as she keeps going there as she is posted there to check the
GM told that no such post has been sent from SBI allahabad and showed mom all the posts recieved by them
which confirmed that SBI allahabad has not sent any thing . Now no response they are giving kindly help

Rude behavior,
whenever i go to s.b.i. Main branch-ghazipur, u.p.pin-233001. Itifaq husain is very rude over there .he doesn't know how to talk with a customers .he doesn't give respect to elder..almost every customer is having problem with him except those who have some political power...when we say that we gonna goo to compaint against u he said that he doesn't fear from chairman also.due to this kind of attitude we are very unhappy...please do take some action against him.
I have a saving account in ghazipur main branch.i live in gujrat since 1 year my account is here when i said mr. Husain i want to apply for internet banking or if possible please transfer my account to ahmedabad but saturday on date august 21, 2010 he talked to me very rudely when i said to please don't talk to me like this he said i will not do your work whatever you can do..do.i went to present branch manager and said all about he did not answer me properly and he advised me to close your account i cant do any thing for you if
you have any problem talk to my senior mr singh.at last i decided to complain against this branch employees.i am feeling very dejected by the sbi services.

I have a Account In SBI at Chakradharpur DRM Office, Jharkhand. On 4th aug i have only Rs. 1400 Balance exists but wrongly there is two withdrawl Rs, 17500 and 20000 entered in my passbook as set hold. later on 8th Rs. 50000 is deposited and 37500 is debited from mt accout. I made a complain but one month is over they did't give me any reply.

it is submitted that my father was a pensioner from sbi aurangabad(bihar) vide bank a/c no.11113558456 . Unfortunately he died on 08.01.10 and accordingly paper of family pension in the my name of mother smt. Sharda devi(a/c no.31069753251) was submitted to sbi aurangabad in the month of march'10. But till date she not got family pension and after enquiring from sbi aurangabad he told that pension paper has been sent to cpc patna and cpc patna told that pension paper returned to sbi aurangabad . It is also submitted that amount in my fathers bank account is also hold by sbi aurangabad stating that when family pension will started then amount of will be credited in your mother account. It is pertinent to mentioned that my father was a kidney patient and during his treatment and death my family is borowing loan from relatives and others and paying rs.1000/- as a interest per month. Hence requested that please interfare in the matter and released the family pension. If any querry and reply may be called on my mobile no.8873485873.

It has been observed that most of clerical/officers are appointed in Bengal are Beharis, there residence is in Bihar but how they recruited for Bengal when there is another Circle, I think there is some agent who take money and handover the appointment, Please investigate the matter .

My name is Puja,I have taken education loan for my higher studies from SBI bank sonagiri Bhopal(IFSC Code: SBIN0030442).
My education is over & now i want to repay but not getting proper response.Main thing is as i am not working in bhopal so any letter or communication done in my permanent address is received by my parent ,they dont have much understanding but recently they received a letter so went to bank for more clear understanding..in the absence of Manager ,asst Manager Ms.Neha was very irresponsible from her end to deal in .My mother repeatedly went 2-3times but she said only manager can handle..but later when my mother approached manager the 4th day he said this issue could be delt by the Asst.manager also...but happy that at least manager helped my mother.Today when i called her up again Ms.Neha was very rude to me.Please see to it.

But see to it that proper people get the responsible positions.We people have to face the problems...

I tried calling SBI so many times, 90% they won't receive the call, if bymistakes it gets connected then as usual gives others number to call, which will never be responded..
Many times they transfers the line (which dosen't happen) and without checking they simply kept the phone aside and there is no response.

Also I asked for ECS transfer forms soft copy and that lady promised me within next 5 min she will mail me the same. But even after 2-3 weeks follow up she didn't mail me yet. I asked the manager's number to complaint about the same. But he also in the same mood to just delay the work and was asking me to come to branch.
For every reason we have to go to branch even after it's just a soft copy of the form.

Before taking Home Loan from SBI they were just so soft spoken and will promis you anything like you don't have to come to branch, just call me we will mail you or respond you. But after loan get sanctioned they are very rude and will shout at you like anything. And when I asked them to listen to the problem first then one of SBI employee asked me to take loan back if I am not satisfied with the service. How anyone can ask to take loan back from bank? This is just disgusting behaviour of SBI employee

Why don't these people sit at home if they are not really intrested in working.

SBI employee should improve their behaviour, they should be given a management traininng how to beheave with the customers.
I really not faced such kind of behaviour in private banks.

I am trying to create an account in sbi. i approached main branch in trichy, they asked me to approach the local branch in the nearby area. i went to the local branch at kailasapuram and i asked for the respective forms and i went next day at 11am filling the forms. when i gave the forms to an employee he said "go go,cant do this today" and he asked me to come on monday. i said him that its them who asked me to come on next day, and i said that i have college on monday . but he said "it cant be done.. thats it" he didnt even bother to say why? (he was not even busy, there was no one standing infront of his table) and he didnt even care look at the form.. i tried again but he treated me very badly as if i have done some mistake, and gave the same reply "go go cant do it..". i felt very humiliated.. If government offices are running like this, how come India can progress.. Feeling very very bad about sbi..
