Dear Friends,
I was an employee of ICICI (unfortunately) since Dec,04 to Oct,07. and last
month I placed the request for my EPF withdrawal.
At the time of leaving the organization I didn't serve the notice period and
very much clarified all repercussions from my boss regarding payment of any
amount for not serving the notice period, but he asked me not to be worried
about anything and just asked me to get my salary account closed.
But now today what I see, that the bank have first credited 30,177 to my
account against PF and next moment debited the same amount against recovery
of negative salary, from my another saving account, which was not my salary
account with icici. Yes, I signed an undertaking to debit my salary account
for recovery of any amount, but not any other account. Then how could they
debit my any other account.

Please help me, what I am supposed to do now, I just need my money back.
