complaint against BAJAJ ALLIANZ Dear Sir,
I have taken a policy from the bajaj allianz ( MANDI Branch, Distt. Mandi H.P.) on 08 Dec 2008 . receipt no. 0190720586 .But till today, i have not received any policy bond from the branch or from bajaj allianz. When i contact to the concerned branch regarding this matter, then they will start making excuses and told me that they will send the policy to my address by SPEED POST . When I contact to post office then they refuse me by saying that there is no as such policy reached to us. Again i talk to the branch and again they start making excuses, and told me that they put this matter in the HUB. and told me to contact in the hub.Now This process goes for two manths. and last two months i have not got any satisfactory response Neither from the concerned branch nor from the bajaj allianzMOREOVER When i ask for the number of REGIONAL MANAGER / ZONAL MANAGER then they will totally refuses to give the number of the above said persons, and told me that they don"t have any number of the above persons. Finally i will talk to you regarding this and brought this matter in front of you. Pls help me to get my amount refund / return back so that i can got the policy from any other company.

Policy sold with wrong information. I am a policy holder of Bajjaj Allianz(policy no. 0172875843). This is the fourth policy from my family.
But this policy was not properly explained to me. The agent who came to explain about the policy , he cheated me. He told 0% allocation charge, but when i checked the document it is 100% allocation charge. Also there are so many documents attached which is not sighed by me.
I went to the CMBT cheenai branch and claimed for the cancellation, there also no good response. A employee called (Sathis.D) at chennai CMBT office, he didnt responce properly and i was calling him for more than 45 days. Now he is telling we cant cancel and we cant refund money. It is realy irritating me and lost the hope of your company.

PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL Policy no.: 0031188805 Dear SIr/Madam,
I have applied for partial withdrawal of Rs12,500.00 way back in Feb. (24.02.2010) and my husband made several visits to your office at Karan Nagar, Srinagar, for collecting the cheque for the said amount, but in vain. Ultimately one lady officers, namely Miss Benazir, of your office, made a promise to deliver the cheque at my residence, but unfortunately the wait for the same still goes on unabated.
Hope the matter is resolved without any further delay.

Not Having the Policy Number /Any receipt Number Dear Sir/Madam
I have never seen such a irresponsible staffs as u have in ur company.
I want to close my bajaj Allianze Premium as soon as possible.You r deducting the amount on the behalf of Bajaj Allianze.I have opened this premium with the collabration with citibank.My account no. is 5058459811.
And till now I do n't have even policy number.I have not got any type of information and ducument from Bajaj Alliance.
Pls Suggest me how to close this premium.And I want all the amount back to my account as soon as possible.
This is the second third time i am sending my queries.
Pls give the perfect solution.What to do.Alerady I have mention i did not get any thing from bajaj allianze.

Charges on surrendering of policy I had surrender my policy no. 007214053 in Phagwara branch(Punjab). The statement summary showed that the value is about 61207. But now when I surrender my policy then the amount I am getting is around 52000. Can you pls explain why this much of charges has been applied while withdrawing. And if this was suppose to happen then staff would have told earlier...Today 13th Nov, when I visited Phagwara branch, they told that this is deducted by Pune head office and they have no clue what charges they put. I don't think if I deduct tax on my earning then it could be more than the charges applied by you.

Regarding Claim registration no 0C-11-1101-1801-00017813 OF 3 NOV 2010 of spark car In reference to my accidentail claim of spark carRegarding Claim registration no 0C-11-1101-1801-00017813 OF 3 NOV 2010 of spark car with bajaj allianz insurance company which was hit from front and back side badly damaged due to collision with back gate wall and side walls due to push from front side i sent car to bajaj allianz workshop where they changed my back door,right door and rear bumper but they refused to change broken tail light and some scratches on left side with the plea that collision is from right side although i have never mention in cliam form that damage in on right side even the workshop people has in their survey form has shown left side back rear tail light broken even the older parts were not shown to me also and for embelm of car about rs1000 were also charged and on formal e mail complaint to bajaj customer care they failed to give satisfactory reply and insisting on the point that accident is from right side and refuse to change left side back tail light and failed to give older parts reply ,now i want guidance on this point that where i should go for complaint and whether i shoudl directly go the insurance ombdusement for company and their surveyor who failed to understand that when car is damaged from back and whole back door is replaced then rear left tail light is also on the back and not left and why scratches were not convered which also came in this accident,pl give me detailed advise about this for solution of my problem

nothing else required i am regular user of bajaj alanz to ensure my caw but i come to 9 about reality of bajaj alanz when i faced an accident with one of my vech HR 26 AC 0760. The servoier and the ajents are demanding money to finalized the claims the vechle was full ensured i was asked to drop my vechle to PASCO AUTOMOBLES AT GURGAON. THE VECHLE IS RECTIFIED NOW. ThE 80 % vehocle was 100% damage i forcely was intended to get the vehicle repaired I was totaly fed up when the servaior said that the vehicle will be repaired, i told if you are going to repair it i will go to the courts, now i am being recd a bill of amt 47000 this amount is being forcely asked to pay while the vechile was totaly loss now i am not going to pay the amt and going to court as i have already expand rs 18500+90000. IF the insurance company is taking this vehicle to their custody i am ready to provide this vehicle to them as this vehicle is total loss why i will keep it ionce again.

Irresponsible attitude of the bajaj allianz employee Dear Sir/Madam
I am a regular bajaj allianz policy holder and am totally unsatisfied with the way your employees deal with the customers.I held three policies, their numbers being 0019337961,0019341564 and 0019342593.I have paid the whole amount and want to surrender my policy and claim the maturity amount as the time period is over.I have submitted all the required papers in this regard in the month of october to the katihar(bihar) branch and had sought the maturity amount.But even after my repeated reminders no action has been taken.Its been three months now and am still waiting with no one giving a clear answer over when will i receive the amount.In november i was told that the papers have been sent to the purnea(bihar) branch.Later they said that the papers have been lost and i need to submit them again.I did the needful,but now they are harrasing me by asking for sum new papers everyday and they are behaving in an inappropriate and unacceptable manner.I request you to take action on my complaint and also against the staff in the branches i have mentioned.Is this the way you train your employees to deal with customers?

BALIC is a corporate thief I started a policy with them believing assurances given by my insurance agent which turned out to be false. I was not told that BALIC would be deducting about 40% of my first premium amount if I encashed my policy prior to the maturity date. When I found that the policy was not appreciating and I went in to encash it did I realise to my horror that they are going to make big deductions.
Bajaj Allianz is a rogue insurance company. GoI should close down BALIC. I would like to lodge a complaint with the consumer court for the losses that I have incurred.

Do not choose bajaj allianz complaint The surrender application was made on 31st Dec ’10 at Bajaj Allianz, Kayamkulam branch . The correct bank a/c details required for online direct credit of net surrender value in my bank a/c were submitted along with the surrender application. The direct credit was promised to be effected within 5 working days. As there was no direct credit up to 15th Jan ’11, the matter was taken up with Customer Care Centre (CCC) of Bajaj Allianz. They sent an E-mail saying that the surrender value was direct credited in my bank a/c with details including UTR number . On enquiry, both my Federal Bank branch at Oachira and Federal Bank in Mumbai handling online transactions clarified that no transaction bearing the quoted UTR number was ever received. When this fact was brought to the notice of CCC, they began to talk about rejection of the online transaction (once claimed to be executed with UTR number quoted) due to incorrect bank a/c number provided by me. It was substantiated with the help of copy of pass book and bank statement that the bank a/c number given by me was correct. Now they have switched to the IFSC code of my bank and begun to say that the one quoted by me is not correct to effect NEFT. The download from the bank site (attachment 4) testifies that the IFSC code is the one I given. They are not yet ready to admit it. We, all know that one who sleeps can be awakened, but not one pretends to sleep. All E mails between CCC & me are pasted for ready reference .They want to deny its customers (from whom sizeable hard earned money is chopped off as surrender penalty) direct credit of the less amount of money than that they deposited. Their ulterior motive is to resort to cheque issue to buy time for payment. Please scrutinize the case and pin the culprit playing with public money as though their own and trying to befool customers
