This is relating to '0185413227' policy in name of my father 'Harilal Jivanbhai Prajapati'.in sept 2010
We had taken the policy through the agent India Infoline, agent name i remember is Pramod, I am trying to contact the person but no luck.The Policy was sold with marketing one time premium policy (amounting Rs 25,000) with guaranteed return. However, in september 2011 i am getting calls from Bajaj to pay the premium due for this year. When I confirmed the same from customer care at Bajaj, they told me that its a regular premium plan and if i don't pay then the policy will lapse. Moreover they are saying that they are not responsible for any wrong communication given by their agent (i.e India Infoline). Also customer care at Bajaj are not willing to provide me the contact number of the agent details of the agent from whom I bought the policy.
I even checked the policy document in the front page its return Frequency : Annual, but if you read the policy papers inside its written Maturity Benefit : Regular/Single Premium fund value plus Top Up Premium Fund
Then i raised a complaint with Bajaj Allianz Online , Complaint No : 13176726 , through which i got the feedback that nothing can be done with the policy now, as the policy has already completed one year & i should have read the terms and condition properly before signing the proposal.
After few days of complaint i started getting calls from a person named Sameer Rane his mobile number & landline number are as follows:

He introduced himself as a bigshot in Bajaj Allainz who looks after dispute cases of the company who sits in fort branch, as he had all my complaint number & policy number i had no option but to trust him.
Mr Sameer rane told me if i take another policy of Rs 20,000 which would be an endowment policy & i need to pay the premium for 5 Years & against that i would be receiving Rs 40,913 on 14th of december 2011 for the previous policy, which was wrongly sold to me through the agent. I accepted the proposal & took another new policy : 0235281140. which i received with 9 year paying term.
Now on 16th December i called mr Sameer rane for not receiving the 40,913 , I was shocked to hear from him to cancel the second policy which i have received recently and he is not ready to talk about the first policy money of rs 40,913, he asked me to go to nearest branch and cancel it saying the policy is not as per the conditions & if they ask me about the delay in cancelling the policy as the policy paper i received had already completed more then 15 days, then just tell them you were out of station & have received the document from the neighbor few days back.
Now i went to Thane branch to cancel the policy, They asked me to write a letter for cancellation & the reason for cancelling, i submitted the document & Letter to the branch & i met Mr Ajeet who is the branch manager with Thane branch he told me nothing to be done with both the policy and i need to continue with the policy.
Few days later i again went to thane Branch & i met mr Vishal who said he is an under writter with the company who told me that my case would be separately taken as there is two time misselling. Further to that i got information from Mr Vishal about the above Sameer rane is not an Employee of the company, I just don’t understand how a person who is not an employee get information about me which i feel is also an compliance issue for sharing customer information.
As i had raised a cancellation for second policy, Cancellation No : BWC 14721307, i got the call from Bajaj Allainz pune office, my policy cannot be cancelled & they are not liable for Loss occured to me .
