    Default Bajaj Allainz Policy No : 018541322 & 0235281140

    This is relating to '0185413227' policy in name of my father 'Harilal Jivanbhai Prajapati'.in sept 2010

    We had taken the policy through the agent India Infoline, agent name i remember is Pramod, I am trying to contact the person but no luck.The Policy was sold with marketing one time premium policy (amounting Rs 25,000) with guaranteed return. However, in september 2011 i am getting calls from Bajaj to pay the premium due for this year. When I confirmed the same from customer care at Bajaj, they told me that its a regular premium plan and if i don't pay then the policy will lapse. Moreover they are saying that they are not responsible for any wrong communication given by their agent (i.e India Infoline). Also customer care at Bajaj are not willing to provide me the contact number of the agent details of the agent from whom I bought the policy.

    I even checked the policy document in the front page its return Frequency : Annual, but if you read the policy papers inside its written Maturity Benefit : Regular/Single Premium fund value plus Top Up Premium Fund

    Then i raised a complaint with Bajaj Allianz Online , Complaint No : 13176726 , through which i got the feedback that nothing can be done with the policy now, as the policy has already completed one year & i should have read the terms and condition properly before signing the proposal.

    After few days of complaint i started getting calls from a person named Sameer Rane his mobile number & landline number are as follows:

    He introduced himself as a bigshot in Bajaj Allainz who looks after dispute cases of the company who sits in fort branch, as he had all my complaint number & policy number i had no option but to trust him.
    Mr Sameer rane told me if i take another policy of Rs 20,000 which would be an endowment policy & i need to pay the premium for 5 Years & against that i would be receiving Rs 40,913 on 14th of december 2011 for the previous policy, which was wrongly sold to me through the agent. I accepted the proposal & took another new policy : 0235281140. which i received with 9 year paying term.

    Now on 16th December i called mr Sameer rane for not receiving the 40,913 , I was shocked to hear from him to cancel the second policy which i have received recently and he is not ready to talk about the first policy money of rs 40,913, he asked me to go to nearest branch and cancel it saying the policy is not as per the conditions & if they ask me about the delay in cancelling the policy as the policy paper i received had already completed more then 15 days, then just tell them you were out of station & have received the document from the neighbor few days back.

    Now i went to Thane branch to cancel the policy, They asked me to write a letter for cancellation & the reason for cancelling, i submitted the document & Letter to the branch & i met Mr Ajeet who is the branch manager with Thane branch he told me nothing to be done with both the policy and i need to continue with the policy.

    Few days later i again went to thane Branch & i met mr Vishal who said he is an under writter with the company who told me that my case would be separately taken as there is two time misselling. Further to that i got information from Mr Vishal about the above Sameer rane is not an Employee of the company, I just don’t understand how a person who is not an employee get information about me which i feel is also an compliance issue for sharing customer information.

    As i had raised a cancellation for second policy, Cancellation No : BWC 14721307, i got the call from Bajaj Allainz pune office, my policy cannot be cancelled & they are not liable for Loss occured to me .

    When I joined new company, I decided to stop this policy. I had talked to agent before stopping it and I was aware certain nominal 6-7% charge deduction would take place. But I was shock to see around 50% deduction from this amount. I have got Rs.10686, but I should be getting somewhere close to 18000 including interest earned.
    Kindly let me know the breakdown of deducted amount.

    Request to consider this issue on priority and give the rest of the money (around 8000) back

    Default Not getting refund of my policy.

    My policy membership no.-0246404828 has been surrendered one month back on 27th march 2012. I haven't got it surrendered till now and moreover 2 premiums have got deducted after surrendering. I don't want to pay any more premiums on this policy so please resolve this issue ASAP.I have called your cust care numerous times but every time they say in 10 days it will get resolved. this is too irritating and frustrating for me because it gets automatically deducted from my account. I haven't got any substantial response from your team or concerned deptt.Don't make me lose all the faith in your company.

    I have insured my car Maruti 800 bearing registration no JK13A 1587 Chassis no 3731326 Engine no 2629765 cover note number MC1002493291 though Bajaj Allianz centeral insurance company ltd.
    At present m,y car has minor damage for which i approched above said insurance company for claim. but they allmost refused me as per surveyer i have to pay 40% for paint besides but they don't register my claim for front windscreen .It is as such requested do the needful...

    Angry Car insurance policy not received----amount paid

    I have taken car insurance from bajajallianz general insurance co.on 5-5-2012 policy no-og-13-1801-1801-oooo6492 and also my complaint no-17808479.kindly advice your hydera bad office-branch -himayatnager.kindly help me in this regard.

    complaint against BAJAJ ALLIANZ

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    I'm one of the frustrated policy holder of THE BAJAJ ALLIANZ insurance company.


    I took the policy for my two wheeler on 30th March, 2012. i previously had policy at New India Insurance, which expired at 23rd March, 2012.
    I'm sure that i didn't gave any false details while applying for the policy over net. I was asked to pay the premium and i did that and my policy was generated. I was not having any problem till last week, I applied a claim towards the damage happened due to an accident on 24th August,2012.


    I registered a claim ( Claim No.: OC-13-1501-1802-00000157) and a surveyor contacted me. (Mr.K.Madan Kumar; Ph: 97909656420) He asked me to submit some documents and i submitted all the documents by 27th August, 2012. I was told by the front office that all the documents provided was sufficient.


    I got a call from Mr.Madan that he inspected the vehicle and he further asked details about my older policy and finally he said that my claim will be processed soon.


    The very next day i got a call from him stating i have forfeited the details while applying for the policy and so the claim will be rejected and while requesting further information, he told that if you want to take any Legal Action, you can proceed further.


    Today i got a call from Mr.Gokul (044-43904449) from your company and he again told that the mistake was from my side and i gave wrong information (on the expiry of the old policy).


    Now thanks for your time on reading the above statements. I have few questions to be answered form your side.


    1. What is the status of my policy now? Live or Terminated?
    a. If terminated, when i will get the premium i paid on April 2012 plus calculated interest for the premium amount from April to August?
    2. Why the Check for my older policy period was not done before the premium payment?
    3. Even its accepted that at starting time there was no check on the old policy, what was happening in your side for last five months?
    4. You are running an insurance company and you don't have any process for checking the background details before generating the policy?


    Its really disappointing that i took policy from your company. its such a waste of time and money


    Finally what ever happened I WAS CHEATED. I will never endorse BAJAJ ALLIANZ in future to any of my friends or relative.
    Now, please answer the questions above.

    Default Name mismatch in policy document

    I had purchased a ULIP policy in 2007 and had submitted my passport as a proof which had my name in it as "Shyni Joseph" But while creating policy document, my name was printed as "Shyni Johannan Joseph" in the policy. Now that I have surrendered my policy they have issued a cheque in the name of Shyni Johannan Joseph even when I have provided them a cancelled cheque having name as Shyni Joseph when I surrendered my policy on 25th Aug 2012. My ICICI bank will not accept a cheque in the name of Shyni Johannan Joseph when my name in the bank is Shyni Joseph. When I asked them to create a fresh cheque in the name of Shyni Joseph, they are saying that since the name in the policy is Shyni Johannan Joseph, checque will be issued in that name only. When I asked them to change my name in the policy, they said that since the policy is surrendered, name cannot be changed. They are asking me to create a new account in the bank with Shyni Johannan Joseph as name. I am fed up with the whole process and I am not sure how will I get my money back. I had invested 36,000 and after 5 years I am getting back 21000 only. I have already lost so much of money by investing in bajaj allianz and now they are making me do all sorts of nonsense to get my remaining money back. Please help.

    I switched to Bajaj Allianz car insurance after hearing good feedback but everything proved wrong after my current worst experience with them (Bajaj Allianz).
    Their highly unprofessional attitude towards customers.
    This is with regard to my recent accidental car claim which I made under my policy # OC131701180100007264 and I have never faced such type of mental trauma and harrashment in my whole lifetime. For past more than 7 DAYS these guys are just beating around the bush. Daily I am hearing a new story from them. My car is kept dismentaled in the workshop and their pathetic surveying team just giving daily a new senseless excuses...now they come with even pathetic anwer that i can't claim...I am going to file a case against ,also file a complaint to IRDA,if they don't process my claim in 24 hrs...i have become scapegoat by purchasing insurance for all my cars from u r company...you said you will get back to me in 24 hrs...till now no response...Jiyo Befikar !!!good work keep it up....when u need renewals and reference u call us 100 times ....now u beat around the bush....

    sir , I am a customer of your company from 2007at Rourkela (Odisha) but I buy a policy name century- plus on dec -2007 at the time of buying the policy agent and sales maneger told me that it was a ONE TIME POLICY so I deposited hafe-yearly premium twice. But it was going to 5 years I want to surrender my policy on 6-10-2012 (saturday)but your office manager told me that on saturday they can not receive my documents on saturday but why? again your office manager told me that if we receive your document it can mis placeand cut the telephone when I talk with him .So kindly tell me is this a procedure to deal with a customer. Bajaj Allianz co is a reputed company your head office customer care dept is VERY NICE AND WELL DEAL WITH US so Irequest you to consider my case and give proper feed back to your customer.
