Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I am a saving account holder of Axis Bank from past two years. I also had a credit card on behalf of same account.

I had closed my credit card account by making full and final payment to an executive of Axis Bank Krishna Nagar Branch and had also thrashed the card in front of executive.

After around four months i got an intimation for some dues towards credit card from Credit card division of Axis bank which i refused to pay and lodge a complaint against Axis bank via mail on their website.

Now last week my account was directly debited for an amount of INR 5,000 (approx.) for which i was not informed as the payment against my credit card dues.

When i complaint against the same again, i have not recieved any reply.

Kindly look into the matter urgently.
