sir i had closed my card account number 4477463897007007 with icici bank sometime ago. despite my repeated request they have not refunded my excess payment made on my card of rs1000/. i request i be paid by the bank at 3%pm being charged from me. the are loss of rs 1000/ and interest at 3%pm.
