    Sub:- Deduct Wrong AQB Without any Information in BANK OF BARODA

    1) I have A current A/C in Moradabad, Ghas Mandi Branch Since 1980. I am Genuine Customer Of The Bank And I always maintain my A/C AQB. But Some time before I have no Business to use my A/C. My A/C AQB was 5000 INR. But Recently I took my A/C Statement then I Had seen That Bank has deducted 3000 INR. To not maintain AQB. But at that time in my A/C 7000 INR And my AQB is 5000. So Why the bank has deducted 3000INR without any legal Information.
    2) Bank Has also chnaged my A/C no without any information my old A/C no is 6022 and new A/C no is 00820200000533.
    3) I wanted to open a new Current A/C related to My EXPORT AND IMPORT Business, but when i took this information i changed my planned to open a A/C in Bank of Baroda. So we have held down a New Current A/C In Private Bank i.e. HDFC

    So please tell me who give you this type of authorities to change the A/C number And/Or Changed A/C AQB. please give me some helpful information

    The below mentioned procedure may help you:

    If you experiences deficiency of service at any of Bank Of Baroda Branches/Offices, then the Customer is at liberty to send a complaint. The first point for redressal of complaint is Branch itself. In case you are not satisfied with the branch handling the complaint, you may approach to the Head Office at the below mentioned address.

    General Manager Operations & Services
    Bank of Baroda, Head Office,
    Suraj Plaza-I, 8th Floor,
    Sayajigunj, Maganwadi,
    Vadodara-390 005
    (Gujarat) India.

    If the same is not resolved to your satisfaction within one month from the date of receipt of the complaint, you are free to take recourse to any of the following:-

    a)Directorate of Public Grievances, Govt. of India, Cabinet Secretariat, Sansad Marg, New Delhi.

    b)The Banking Ombudsman located in State Capitals under RBI Ombudsman Scheme 1995,
    relaunched as Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. Presently, Banking Ombudsman is located at 15 Stations. For addresses and area of operation of Banking Ombudsman please Click the below mentioned link where you will get ‘Our Commitments’ followed by ‘Banking Ombudsman Scheme’.

    c) The District Consumer Forum under Consumer Protection Act. 1985.

    Visit: Address and Area of Operation of Banking Ombudsmen for address of banking ombudsmen.
    Visit: Form of complaint - Banking Ombudsman to know the complaint format.
    Visit: Notice before filing consumer complaint for notice reference.


    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint and Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.
