I have a sbi credit card since Nov 2007.
In april 2010 my SBI card was swiped at a petrol pump but on both the occasions I got a message stating 'TRANSACTION DECLINED". Later, when I got the statement i was surprised to see that I was charged for the same.
Also, the chargeslip they had sent me does not contain my signatures. Also, there is no car number mentioned on the slip and the card was swiped for Rs. 1000 on 2 occasions but one slip of Rs. 2000 has been generated. I have stated these reasons to SBI Card in every mail I am sending them.
I had raised a dispute against them with the reference number Fsmg0410000721.
I have sent repeated mails to SBI card feedback on the same but it seems they do not pay any attention to the same. Again they ask me to pay the dues.
I have also raised a dispute against them but no response but again letters and mails asking for payment by some Ms. Kavita Khanna rather giving me proper resolution for the same.
When I call the customer helpline number, I have to state everything a fresh as if there is no coordination at all.
This thing is been going over past 2 months but still no resolution from their end.
I have now started receiving mails from SBI saying my payments are overdue. If i try explaining to them that i have not made this transaction and they should verify the signatures, I am getting mails from them asking for payment.
I had called SBI customer service on more than one occasion and got the dispute reference number for it as well. The person assured me that they will resolve the same but they cannot give me any timeline for the same.
This is now happening regularly and I am getting card statements from SBI card to make the payment even when I have explained them that the transaction is not been made by me.
Looking forward to an immediate resolution of the same.

After I did not got any response from SBI for 2 weeks, Today ie. 15-Jul-10 I called the customer care again of SBI card.
I told them that Inspite of my mails, I am still not getting a response from your end to the below mentioned mail. I keep on getting the same response all the time.
They were not able to solve the problem and at worse they stopped talking and had hung the phone.
When I asked them to give me the contact details of the investigation team, they told me that they cannot.
This is the customer service SBI has?
They are not solving the problem and at worse are saying that the collection team will be contacting me and the charges will keep on going.
