I need your help in this case:

I had applied for loan with IDBI bank. As per their requirement i have got my
part payment agreement signed in with the seller paid the seller 2.5 lacs, got
the CIDCO transfer done (Rs. 63500/-), Stamp duty (Rs. 82000/-) paid on it. Then
i was assured to get my registration on part payment agreement done so that the
loan amount to the seller will be disbursed at the same day. As i get this done
and land up at theri office at Thane. I am told that the technical report is
still awaited. We still demanded the cheque as it was told to us that we will
surely get it. Then the Manager in charge told us that they have to receive the
report from their advocate that the seller itself is the owner of that place. We
asked that when will that report come. They said that the registration office is
under repair (which was a lie as the office was never under repair) and they are
not sure how much time it will take. We were very upset and took away all our
documents from them.

Today i have received the same housing loan from another renowned bank and the
same so called registration office has done my registration which the IDBI bank
manager claimed to be under repair. They also challenged me that the CIDCO
transfer documents and Stamp Duty documents can be forged one. And by their this
way of working how can i say that they are authentic and their bank and people.
I claim they have cheated me and atleast should have soem shame to refund my
money back.
