Thanks for giving me a chance to slove my Problem. I'm one of ICICI Credit Card Customer from past 2 Years i got my card on Nov.07. From intial onwords i'm not receiveing bill from Banker. After using card i converted transction in to EMI. Though i not received bills made payment for 2 months. One fine morning when i want to use card i noticed that card is blocked then i took a chance to talk with Customer Care over phone but they are unable to notice but they routed me to escalate the problem to Customer care by Mail & i then the same after 2 days i got call from CC Dept & they noticed that card has been blocked by Security Reasond & it takes som 10-14 days to Active in the mean while paymenyt date has been crossed & asked CC to reversal late payment Fee. They rejected to do this & then i used card for whole amount. After 1 year again i asked to CC to solve my Prob they routed me to Approach Mr.Sekhar at Vijayawaya Branch. After speaking to him out 32k he asked me to pay 27k & the balence will be waived off & Card will be activated with in 14 Working days. On sep.08 payment has done but till now my card is inactive insted of this He use to reject my call when i tried to catch him & recently he left from ICICI.
