Sir/Madam,



This is in reference to a debit made from my bank account (No. 109010100330602, Name: Deepak J) for a sum of Rs.3322 on 17th of May.



I had actually tried to make a booking of air ticket through Internet . The transaction was unsuccessful and also no ticket was generated nor a transaction ID. But I came to know that the sum has been debited from my account. I have even lodged a complaint and they had given me a complaint ID for the same as 10085814.



After a few days I had again called up for the same and again they had sent a reminder and have given me another complaint ID 10092594.





After all this they have asked me to wait for 15 MORE DAYS……..I am really stunned and do not know why it is going to take such a long time for the refund process when it is clearly known that the amount has been debited and the money is with the bank.





Please take this issue seriously and help me to get the refund as soon as possible.
