documents ?
Tomorrow you will say the amounts you had deposited has gone away in flood.
Where do you keep imp. docs. ? Cant you preserve ? How can you threaten us
instead of apolising.

I insisted on detailed report how it happened. They didnot turn back.

Flood was an excuse. You rightly said, there are other attachemnt e.g. Power
of attorney + Client agreement.

What I disliked was their threatening that by so and so date if you do not
complete formality, account will be inoperative and we will nopt be
responsible.

Strange ! Their carelessness damages the records and customer is PENALISED,

DOUBLE STRANGE matter is that every one is complying, merely out of fear,
not aware of their rights.
