My Father opted for withdrawing 5000/- from Rajendra Nagar(Patna) SBI ATM. But the money did not come out and 2 slips came out, in which one slip had 5000/- deducted from the Account. After that my parents inquired SBI Chauhatta(Patna College) branch and sent letter to the SBI Head Office.But its almost one year passed and they did not receive the money credited back to their account nor any assurance.
