My Savings Bank A/C is with ICICI Bank A/C no.004701570692
On 2nd April at 1028 hours I tried to withdraw INR 9000 from ICICI Bank ATM Indra Nagar Bangalore. ATM ID S1CD2273 TXN No 7722
The ATM dispensed only INR 8100. The difference amount is not reversed. I informed this matter to ICICI Bank Helpline number and was given a SR No.137447901 dated 02/April/2010.
I was informed on 04/April/2010 that ICICI bank has refused for reversal of difference amount INR 900 stating that transaction was successfully completed.
I was not happy with the helpline reply and contacted Indra Nagar ICICI Branch Manager on 06/04/2010 & gave a written complaint referring transaction slip, SR no. & the dispensed rupee notes. I was asked to wait for 10 days as they wanted to check with ATM reconciliation team.
On 17/April/2010, i contacted ICICI Indra Nagar branch, then there was a different manager who had no clue about my complaint and told me that he will check with the previous manager who had gone on vacation/training(not sure where he is..don't want to know either) and asked me to come back after a week.
I demanded for a statement on a ICICI Bank letter-head stating their reply for my complaint given on 06/04/2010 which i got on 27/April/2010 saying the transaction was successful & there is no difference found in the ATM on the disputed date.
Advice me what can i do further here to get my money INR 900 back to my account ?
