Harassment from bank of HDFC bank

    Default Harassment from bank of HDFC bank

    Really frustrated from HDFC bank services, due to their behavior and poor management I came into losses. My cheque got bounced.

    HDFC bank blocked my account, which is more then one year old. Before that account I have never had a relation with HDFC bank.But they are clamming that I used their credit card.whereas as I never had a credit card. I have been following to their cus care and mailing them regularly for last 7 days.

    Just wanna know, who is going to take all responsibility for my losses.

    This is really frustrating, I imagine if the things are on my hand, I would burn all the HDFC branches and customer care with fire, but helpless. The frustration limits are gone beyond my control now.

    I need my account to be un-blocked.

    I am now planning to go beyond HDFC, and give my best with my heart and soul to destroy this behavior. I am launching a complain to all possible ways.

    No body called me ever for any assistance, still they claim that they were tiring my number.

    When I called customer care asking why my account is blocked, they told me that I used their Credit care and never made the payment. They gave me credit card number. The customer care told me that My date of birth, phone number and address is not getting matched. Then I asked them If the things are not getting matched then why they blocked my account. they told me that your signature and my mother's name is getting matched. Many years back I applied for the credit card but never recived. They told me at that time that my credit card application is denied.

    My question is, if my mother's name and sign are matching, then why they opend my bank account one year back?? What the hell they were doing for that last one year? Why they never contacted me and asked for the same ??? Why they never informed me on the phone number or the address which is on bank account ?? If they have this kind of sence that if the mother's name and sign matches, just block that account. They Dont have this sence that the address is not getting match, so they should try contact the person, whose account they are going to block. At the time of blocking an account they never thought twice, but when I asked them why they dint contacted me they told we tried the number which is on credit card...Are they really stupid or dump...why they dint called the number which is on bank account. ??


    Now I came to a conclusion that HDFC bank created my signature and used the card, and making dues on me.If I have ever used their card then there must be some video footage from ATM or Shopping, Please Show me that, then only claim.
