    I know these banks just suck you at every given
    ocassion under service charges. As their punch line
    goes "HUM HAI NAA (AAP KA KHOON CHUSANE KE LIYE)" is
    very true.

    These banks spend a lot of money on advertising to
    build the brand but forget the basics of keeping
    customers happy.

    When the banking services are concerned, dealing with
    our trust worthy scheduled banks (nationalised banks)
    is the best as per my expecrience.

    Looking at the growing customer dissatisfaction of ICICI bank customers it is
    high time that some unified action is taken to stop them operating in this
    fraudulant way.

    I would like to bring to your notice the kind of service that ICICI has
    provided me in getting the PIN No. for my Debit Card.

    Background :

    My ATM / Debit Card was about to expire on Nov 2005 and they sent me a
    replacement ATM / Debit Card during end Nov. As per their policies, they
    despatched the PIN separately and i did not get the same.

    Following are the sequence of events / conversations that happened between
    me and ICICI to get my PIN Mailer

    Though they have mentioned "Unlocatable Address" in one of their replies,
    i have been regualarly receiving letters from ICICI Bank since a long
    time.

    I would like to mention to you the incident happened when i went to
    collect my PIN mailer personally. I was asked to come thro' the token
    system eventhough i told them that i was at the branch to collect the
    letter per mail instructions and not for any other service. I was told by
    an executive of the bank to take a token related to "Account Related
    Queries" and hence on his instruction took the token and waited half-an
    hour for my turn. When my turn came, i went to my respective counter where
    the Branch operations manager was sitting and he told me, for the Mailer,
    i have take out a token related to "Debit Card" and not Account related
    queries. I argued with him that i may have to be in waiting for another
    half an hour or more if i take out the coupon and he finally instructed
    one of his executives to hand over the PIN mailer to me.

    i want to bring to notice the poor customer service of the icici bank. I am being charged on my credit card for a purchase that wasnt delivered and hence, cancelled by me about two months ago. The late payment fee has accumulated to Rs 1500 and despit my repeated complaints they continue to send me bill statements. This is the worst form of service and i have been seriously harassed by their indifference in this matter.
    The reputation of the bank has gone down severely looking st the rising number of complaints against them.
    As for me i refuse to pay even a single rupee and demand a complete refund!

    Default Late Credit

    Dear Sir,
    I am a customer of your Mayur Vihar ,Delhi branch holding a Savings Bank A/C 629701501302 wherein I wish to state that I had deposited a Pay Order bearing no.080354 issued by Central Bank of India,Parliament Street ,New Delhi for Rs.200000/- dt.31/03/2010 on 6th April,10.Today morning when I checked my a/c online ,I was shocked to see a credit of Rs.20000/- instead of Rs.200000/- .I was supposed to have issued a cheque to someone today against this credit .When I approached the Bank with my complaint, I was told that the credit of Rs.20000/- has been reversed being a wrong credit and that the chq has been presented again.I told them that I needed the amount today itself as I have to issue a chq to someone urgently for which I was sent back by saying that the earliest I could get a credit would only be tomorrow evening .I want to know why I should be penalised for the Bank's mistake and would the bank have passed my chq if I had already presented it without seeing my a/c?I wish to get the credit right away or the bank pay me interest for the delayed period as I will have to pay charges for my delayed payment to someone.

    Angry Cant deliver cheque books on time

    They are so much in love with Sigma Couriers , they fail to take notice of the ever growing list of complaints against them . Perfect combination of a bank with bad service coming together with a supplier with a worse one .

    Due to its worst customer service, lack of business ethics,fraudulent transactions from Bank A/c to credit card, Egostic employees,ATMs running EMPTY, non customer centric,many more,,,,,best example of the worst bank in india,,,
    ICICI bank is strugling to survive with out business,
    Please dont I had been cheeted by ICICI bank, As spoken to ICICI executive they simply mentioning its published in our website ,

    Needs to stop operation,,, not necessary one or other day it will shut off due to lack of business,,

    Pls take care for this band,,,

    Default EMI Reduction Clause

    I have taken home loan from ICICI since from 2006 and i am regularly paying EMI. I had increased my EMI on phone from 29k to 40k in the month of june'11.

    Due to financial problem i requested ICICI to reduce my EMI to 20k. The response from ICICI was that only option is to reduce EMI by paying part payment and accordingly EMI will be calculated without impacting tenure for which I was not aware of this clause..

    I was shock to know this as I was able to reduce EMI without paying part payment earlier. Just think practically hos this is possible as if someone having financial problem how he will able to make part payment, probably he has to take personal loan to reduce EMI which is not right, so only option is to reduce EMI and here ICICI is asking to make part payment.

    It’s a request to reduce EMI without paying any part payment which in-turn increase tenure.
