First of all lodge a complaint to the credit card company stating the facts. I
also suggest that you lodge a complaint with Economis Offences Wing of police.
Very often, when you use the credit card with an establishment, the details of
the card are either stolen or dupicated and then used again. This is a clear
case of fraud / cheating
do not pay the credit card bill. Rest of the matter can be examined later.

You should have immediately lodged a complaint with the concerned bank and
thereafter with the police as per the situation. You can also lodged a complaint
with banking ombudsman. You are sitting on the work which requires immediate
action.Please take up the matter with the bank and inform me.

yes i have said the matter to bank they blokd my card
and when i asked the bank shall i put forward the same
in written to ploce they said not needed but for my
safety i lodged a complaint to local Ps.

I tink, someone has noted down your @@@ no. (3 digit no. on teh back). Other
details are easy to note from any payment slip.


Pl. block this card straight away and avaail insurance cover privided by the
card co.


And pl. avoid using credit card.... Debit card is safer.
