I am Vikas B. Kandekar.Ahmednagar,Maharastra.
I have taken Rs 300000 education loan from united western bank ahmednagar in 2005 to 2007.and rate of instress 11.5 % is decided.
But bank taking 12.75% without any intimation.
I am unable to pay because of not getting payment from my working organisation.

Please give me justice
