Rs. 19553.00 had been debited from my HSBC Card for one critical care policy made by TATA AIG , in the name of a person , who is not at all existing. Generally they collect all the information through mobile or landline , get permission to debit the sum from that particular card , goes through double verification process and all that. Nothing had been done in my case.This is a strange experience.
