Dear sir,
my self is mr ghanshyam k patel and having nre ac with sbi, bharuch, and gujarat, india. (branch code 00339)
i send airmail post (it contains cash cheque) from bahrain to india, but from bharuch post office, postman tears my airmail letter and credit cash cheque to sbi and sbi not check any identy card and postman credit cheque.
I send cash cheque in the favor of mr bhailalbhai b patel but sbi not check that this is bhailalbhai b patel or fraud post man, even name also not check.
So sbi make mistake so sbi shoud refunds my 15000rs at any cost.

I contact nodal officer but he not reply for same.

My family is sufering for money.
