I am Ashwani Bhartia (PAN # AAEPB7216M) I used to have a barclays bank credit card
which i stopped using after i realised that services were not good especially with
the billing. But they continued to harass me. Finally after sending them several
mails i finally got in touch with one of their senior employees and got the matter
sorted out.

But i have now realised that they have given mis-leading information to CIBIL board
due to which my credit rating has become very bad and am now unable to avail any new
credit cards or any other credit which may require a CIBIL confirmation. I am
attaching all the mail correspondence i had with them and request you to please help
me.
