An a/c payee cheque no.108420 dt.13.11.09 for an amount of Rs.6778/- payable to Tapas Das and Tapas Dhara on Axis Bank Ltd. is submitted in a feristy by the Jdr Insurance Co. The Ld. Advocate on behalf of the Dhr received the original cheque and a copy of it is kept with record.



The ld. Advocate of the Dhr accepted the said cheque no.108420 dt.13.11.09 for an amount of Rs.6778/- being the full and final settlement of the decretal amount and pray that the Exe. Case be dropped on the aforesaid ground.



This being the case, the instant case is disposed of and dropped on payment of Rs.6778/- to the Dhr by the Jdr being the full and final settlement of the decretal amount.
