Hi,

I had a S/B ICICI account# 001201025541 which i was not using for quite some time. I don't remember the exact balance in my account when i last used the account but there were more than 2000 rupees in this account when i last accessed it.

ICICI bank had been debiting Rs 827/- every quarter for QAB non-maintenance without even informing me for past so many quarters. On 2 Jan 10, i gave a request to close this bank account and at that time there were Rs 993/- left in this account. On 8th Jan 10, ICICI bank has given me Rs 181/- after closing this account saying that again Rs 827/- has been deducted from my account due to non maintenance of QAB and rest Rs 181/-is credited to me. Even during the time of account closing no-one in the bank branch informed me about these deductions happening even though i told them more than Rs 2000/- are there in this account which i want back and hence i am closing this account. ICICI bank has been silently looting money from my account without even informing me. When i spoke to customer care, they directed me to Viny Joseph (Branch operations manager) and she directed me to Naveen and other executive just making me run from pillar to post.

I therefore request you to look into the matter. The debit of money without even customers information is wrong and totally unjustifiable. Please advice me in this regard
