My wife has a ICICI SB Account and she had made an online transfer of Rs.
1000/- to her Bank of Baroda SB Account on 10/02/2006. On ICICI website the
transfer is shown successful and a debit entry is also made on her ICICI SB
Account. However there is no credit of the same amount on her BOB SB Account as
of 11/03/2006. She has now written to ICICI Bank about this matter and we are
awaiting ICICI Bank's reply.

We had made a trial transfer of Rs. 100 some months back and it had worked,
considering this we thought of moving our funds to our great nationalised banks
for reasons of safety. Though the service is poor but we know our money is safe
there.

On enquiry with BOB, the staff has informed us that no such transaction has
been taken place and asked us to contact ICICI Bank. I am sure me and my wife
will now experience these banks blaming the other for this deficiency in service
and in turn we will be running from one bank to another to get this rectified.

I request you to kindly let me know the way forward? Shall we wait for some
more time?
