See person must be aware where they are investing there hard money rather
than dreamy returns.There are lot of cases in pasts where these type of
companies are bankrupted and investors has suffered.While doing such
investment other consideration should be worked out Safe side, liquidity.
credit worhtness,otherwise it will be a big mentally burden.

Thanks for your advise. But i am a cost accountant myself and i do take the
necessary required checks before investing in any company. Snowcem Limited is a
reputed company and the balance sheet showed sound results and infact in one of
the fd receipts the Director of the company has assured personal gurantee.

Its very unfortunate that despite excersing caution, one has to face such
hardships.

There is some provision in Company Law to handle such failure of deposit
and Non bailble warrant can be issued against Directors. I feel u should
take this matter in to news papers and make association of some people and
then approach to Company law Board and RBI.Then u can get relief.

Arun Hegde...........did you get your FD amount back?...you should be happy if you have got the amount back if not tell them what is the amount they are willing to give you.....something is better than nothing......I got back someting.
