I was not having sufficient funds in my saving a/c and my cheque of 1,50,000 was bounced and they deducted bouncing charges then they gave reason of bouncing "Effects not cleared ,Present again" to SBI and SBI again presented the cheque again without knowledge of party to whom I drawn that cheque. Now again HDFC BANK bounced the cheque ant deducted bouncing charges again.How can HDFC request for presenting bounced cheque again and also what was not cleared when there was insufficient funds they must have given this reason or this is the source of income of HDFC BANK.Please advice me legallywhat should I do?
