Dear Sir,
This is regarding my commutation and gratuity amount which was credited
in my saving account in State Bank of India, paschim vihar Branch, two
months have already over, my amount still not yet been credited, in
spited my repeated request and mail, I think I have done blunder mistake to opt state bank of India, I have already loose Rs.18000/-
interest for two months, SBI is held responsible for not credit my
amount in time, being a senior citizen, I have no other source of
income, my gratuity and commutation amount may please credited immediately to meet my personal requirements.
In this connection I have registered on line complaint on 24 Sep 2009,
vide complaint ticket No. CC-1253811496489, I request custumer care
deptt, what action customer care deptt have been taken against my above
complaint No. as on date.
I have sent many mail and personal visit to SBI Branch office, Paschim
Vihar, as well as Chandni chowk branch, no officer want to attend my
complaint/grievnce, branch office has tolerated me.
Kindly look into the matter and communicate, the action taken my above
complaint.
