This is regarding the claim of my stolen car insured with your company.
My Tata Indica DLS, veh no. DL 3C W 5552 was stolen on the 10 of june 2005 and
the papers were filed for the claim.
all formalities were done as and when required.
the cheque was despatched from your mumbai office on the 19th of october, which
is still untraced.
none of the people contacted either on your helpline or the delhi office have
been unable to explain the wherabouts of the cheque till date ie 3rd november
2005. toady even your helpline is not working. a recorded message says "sorry
i'm unable to hear your voice properly, kindly call back later". Baseless is
your claim on your website that it is 24 Hours helpline. Probably it is enjoying
the diwali holidays.
does a courrier company as good as BLUE DART take so many days to reach delhi
form mumbai ?

On the assurance of Ms. Nidhi and Mr Amit Chaddha (who were incharge of my case)
that it takes two working days for the cheque clearing once all the paper work
is done, i booked my new vehicle. now the showroom owner is after me calling me
up every other day that i take the delivery of the car. how do i take the
delivery without the cheque ?
now even Ms Nidhi has stopped picking up our calls.
can somebody explain this apathy and the broad claims that your company makes
like "WITH YOU ALWAYS" etc.,
