Hi

I am vipin jain & have taken loan from BHW home finance co which is now Deutsche
Post Bank with loan no Loan AC no:- NOD/HOUSIN/IN/010335..I have taken 20lac loan on
tenure of 20years & paying my EMI from last 18months> i have taken Loan on 9.99% for
which they have increased it without informing me for 11.49% & then reduce to .5%..

Other banks these days are offering around 8-8.5% & i want to transfer my loan to
other banks..I was told that there would be 0.5% charges on prepayment of loan but
now they are asking for 2% which is too high.

I told them about RBI circular for waiver of prepayment charges but they says they
dnt know RBI & will charge 2% to me.

request youto help me out as there is nothing documented for charges anywhere.
