Dear Customer Service,
Mr. Ravi Shanker (Ph:9911706692), a field collector from AOK In House, has been
collecting payment of Rs. 7935/- being monthly instalment of my loan (HDFC A/c No.
90033175, Centurion Bank of Punjab A/c No. LOMP 20110000014966) every month by cash
from June to September 2009. He collected the last instalment of September on
6/9/09 by cash vide receipt no. 18607474. He was supposed to come and collect the
payment on 5th of every month, but he used to come after the deadline and asked for
extra money for some reason or the other and never paid back the balance amount,
when he was given Rs. 8000 as we had no change and we had to adjust the balance in
the ensuing months.
But I am now surprised to note that the instalment for the month of Sept. 2009 had
already been cleared by ECS, as claimed by your HDFC bank on 5/9/09 and debited the
amount from my account with the Bank of America, Sansad Marg, resulting in dishonour
of my check submitted by HSBC Bank against the monthly instalment of loan I had
taken from them. I have been advised by the HSBC to pay their instalment amount and
the check-bouncing charges alogwith late payment fee immediately. This was caused
by the misappropriation made from your side by claiming double instalment.
So, please return the extra instalment of Rs. 7935 alongwith another Rs. 500/- being
the check-bouncing charges and late payment fee claimed by HSBC, and credit to my
account to enable me to clear the outstanding with HSBC as early as possible.
Thank you
Sincerely,
Nair
