Complaint against Syndicate Bank apropos Non-production
copy of Deposited instrument in SB A/C No. 9016/221/6032

Sir/Madam

I am Rajender Singh from Barrackpore. My brother in- law, Vijay Kumar is
existing client of Syndicate Bank at Fatehpur Beri Branch, New Delhi-30

I submit following facts with regards to my complaint against syndicate
Bank:

(a) The Cheque No 956307 on 26 Oct 06 amounting to Rs-30, 00,000/- has been found
deposited in his SB A/C mentioned above.

(b) Since then we approached several times to Bank manager for the copy of Cheque
but till date neither satisfactory reply nor copy of above mentioned Cheque
furnished to us.

(c) In the present circumstances, I request your intervention for issue of
suitable instruction to Bank for furnishing the copy of Cheque No 956307 along with
a copy of deposit slip to establish the sanctity of transaction in the interest of
natural justice and there by mitigate the problem of malfeasance.
