Hi,
Revert my AMB charges which HDFC has deducted sum of rs.2000 without any intimation.You can't cheat the customer like this.Don't think this business will grow.You will lose your customers.
HDFC bank has done it intentionally they know they have not intimated the customer thats why you guys are hiding your face. I have called up so many times but you go and sit in your holes like rats.Don't even feel ashamed.Who's dirty mind idea is this to do all this fraud.

I am holding an account with HDFC Bank Gurgaon branch. I noticed that HDFC has deducted total of more than 1000 Rs (in 3 transactions since January, - approx 380, 280, 380 Rs) on name of "AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS"
On searching internet I found that this problem is faced by many HDFC customers. I have searched all my emails and have not received any written intimation that minimum balance is 10000 Rs monthly now.
Even after deduction I was not informed about this.
From this forum I want HDFC to revert me with clarification and refunds.
