My name is Tanseer Ahmed, My HDFC Salary Account No.: 17171050005200, My account was convert in saving account and i have concerns My Branch Secter-4 Hooda markeet Gurgaon.Concern Person told me that your account again convert last 14 feb in Salary account.so you use again this account.and there is not any dues at your site.

yesterday 393.26 (Three Thoused Ninteen Three Rupees twenty six paise) balance has been deducted at my balance (AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR MAY2012) .


Sir/Madam My balance got deducted around Rs. 393.26 (Three Thoused Ninteen Three Rupees twenty six paise) from my Savings account on 14/September/2012 without my information. This is Second time and I don't know, what is this? So please help me on this issue and revert my balance.

Yo man, I am Ramesh Pandey, branch manager in Hyderabad, i get lots of complaints regarding this. This even happened to me(i m the manager of the bank). well i m sorry to say but we will continue doing this coz you know what, we are in need of funds so this is the simplest way of making money from our customers account. we are proud we have such foolish customers who keep their bank accounts active even after knowing the fact that we deduct useless, pointless & stupid charges. take my suggestion, you better close your account and ask you friends to close their account, coz if you don't do that we will make sure we deduct charges for using our ATM machines. it would be like "AMB CHRG INCL FOR USING THE F**KING ATM". I am thinking of charging for the use of our parking too. IT will be like "AMB CHRG INCL FOR USING THE F**KING PARKING AND BRINGING A CHILD BELOW 5 YRS INTO OUR BANK PREMISES". you know what, we can charge you for anything coz you came to us for opening a savings account, it was not me who begged you to open a savings account with us. If you still continue using our accounts you will motivate us to continue doing this bullshit to our valued customers. Our Branch alone made around 18,00,000 INR in 3 months. I bought a new car last week, its awesome. I am considering you as my friend and disclosing the secret to you. We are planning to rob as many customers as we can until december 2012 coz starting Jan 2013 we are planning to close couple of branches of our bank and we will go to bangkok and live our life to the fullest. As per my rough calculation if we get support from you foolish customers we will make around 2 crores by the end of dec 2012. I am saving for my daughters marriage. but on a formal note, don't worry we will make sure to resolve your issue and we might refund your money back.

Sir/Madam My balance got deducted around Rs.346.84 (Three Hundred forty six and eighty four paise) from my Savings account on 27/September/2012 without my information. This is first time and I don't know, what is this? So please help me on this issue and revert my balance.

Hello ,

I am Shilpa Bansal having an HDFC saving a/c (14681000002203) at J K PLAZA- Gwalior 2.
Some charges - 'AMB CHRG ST & CESS' of Rs 399 is deducted from a/c of month MAY, JUNE, JULY 2012.
I am not in India from last 6 months , so i would request to Bank administration to revert back balance and i'll inform my parents to maintain my a/c from my behalf.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Abhijit Das and my account number is 00531140174945. HDFC bank has deducted a sum of 393.26 four times and Rs 386.05 once, amounting to a total of Rs1959.09. HDFC bank never fails to spam my inbox with at least 2-5 spam mails everyday but however it completely FAILS to notify anything about such deductions. This is completely unfair and shows blatant disregard for ethics. I am sure this amount is not going to come back, I just hope the concerned officials make sure it does not happen in future to anyone.

I am also charged rs. 393.26 towards amb chrg incl st & cess on 09-12-2012. When called to customer care they told that this is fine for not maintaining the minimum balance.
When I was opening the account, I was told that minimum balance penalty is rs.25. Its the second time when I have seen that the sells person of hdfc commit and promise on anything that is good to make the customer without having the truth in that.
I am going to close my hdfc account for this.

I have lost Rs 1460.68 over the last 4 months (393.26+393.26+393.26+280.9) in the name of "AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS". What are these charges and how can a bank take away my money without my knowledge or permission?? I want to lodge a complaint against them for the same and have the money deposited back to my account. Please help.
