    Default I swear by Mother India to ruin entire ICICI group

    All those who have a bank account with ICICI Bank are advised to withdraw their money and close their bank accounts as early as possible. If anybody believes I am speaking thin air, may have to regret.

    If anybody still trusts ICICI Bank, or believes it is honest & transparent, think over it once again.

    These people have been bribing Banking Ombudsman (Reserve Bank of India)

    I also swear by Mother India to shut down The Banking Ombudsman...
    for they are hand in gloves with the private banks and settle the consumers' complaints only in the favor of such banks. Because their officers are fed on the pieces thrown by such private banks

    In addition, The Banking Ombudsman is only an alternate forum. It does not have the status and authority of The Consumer Courts. All of you must be aware of it

    So, in case you have any complaint against any bank, do approach The Banking Ombudsman. Do not lodge your complaint with them. The Banking Ombudsman is only here to make folly of the consumers

    All such alternate forums must be shut down. If they have the right to form alternate forums, why should not we people of India...

    Setup & establish genuine courts which actually deliver justice and in time too!

    subject Complaint Ref #2801

    Dear Sir / Ma'am,

    This is to notify to ICICI Bank as well as to The Banking Ombudsman that:

    1. I have my complaint ref#2801 lodged with The Banking Ombudsman and is yet awaiting a resolution
    2. Through this message which is being sent as a copy to The Banking Ombudsman, it is instructed to ICICI Bank that my current account (A/c No.629505034537) may be frozen until the matter arrives a resolution or my next instructions.
    3. No transaction may be carried out from my account
    4. No charges may be debited to me
    5. Account Statement for the current financial year must be sent to me and the delivery must be confirmed
    6. In case of failure of delivery of any envelope, my address may be declared a fake one, consequently my current account also must be declared as a bogus one as well as I should be declared a fraudulent person.
    7. All concerned are requested to resolve the matter by March 15th 2008 failing which I shall be taking the matter on the streets and fully publicize it.
    8. The Banking Ombudsman also must act sensibly and save the trust a common man does have in Law and Order & Judicial System

    Enough is Enough!

    Sir,I have ICICI bank cr card since 04 years & made regular payments till Jan 2010.Due to my job lost in July 2008 on medical ground , I could not make payment after Jan 2010.My due amt was Rs 40000 on Jan 2010.Bank stretch due amount to Rs 60000 on march 2011.Bank has only one aim to prolong time & raise my due amount.My card credit limit is Rs 39000.At present I am doing tution work to grow my family.Inspite of having very less income I am trying to settle my card dues & send total 03 mails to customer care ICICI bank in different months.I also had meeting with bank manager Mr Lokendra Lakhani in ICICI bank Malav pariser branch on Feb 2010,on Aug 2010 & on 15 March 2011 & request him to settle my card dues to give me reasonable offer to pay dues in 10 installments.After repeatative request,bank give me offer to pay Rs 32000 in 02 installments.Mean while bank collection agent daily pressurise me illegaly to accept this offer.This un justified non co-operation indicates that ,bank only want to stretch my due amount.Bank has no importance for customer who is standing in front of him since 15 months.Kindly note my past mails.I am in great hope that BO will cosider my financial crises.

    Default ICICI banking delaying my transaction

    hi,

    I am an NRI customer , I have send money to india at 25th of November and it suppose to be there an 2 working days and its now almost 2 weeks. I have sended so many mails including screen shots of my acoount debit details from my transfer bank. No proper respond has given to me all is been told I will have a mail in 24 hrs and they send a Auto generate mail that happens almost every day. Never include whats going on or any progress with my money are they sending or not. I have to call twice a day and keep bagging for information what they doing but customer care girls tell they dont deal this matter and the team which deal this matter communicate by mail so HAVE GOOD LUCK and wait for an"auto generate mail" thats all shit going with me from last fucking week.

    If I can get any help here please tell me. otherwise I am going mad now.
