    Default Icici bank credit card ...not closed



    Hi,

    i have taken the icici bank credit card and paid all the balances by 2008. But the bank has not at closed this cc account.

    In the cibil report still it is showing as current balance is 0, but the status is not updated as closed, due this now my credit points are going down which is causing my credit history.

    My phone number is : 7893792020.

    Please help me in this regard.
