    Default Compliant against ICICI Bank

    Good Day Sir/Madam,
    I am a Savings Bank account holder in ICICI Bank and my account number is 006401520731.When I opened the account my name was D.VIGNESHKUMAR and I am converted to
    Islam and changed my name to D.MOHAMED AADHIL and I have published the same in newspapers. I have submitted the Govt Gazetted copies and paper cuttings of my name
    change to ICICI Bank , Sholinganallur Branh in Chennai to change my name in the account details,But they have rejected my request since my initial 'D' was not there in my account
    records.When I opened the account by mistake I haven't given my father's name as Last name and so initial was not added in my account details,But I have given my Father and
    Mother name and my native address details whatever there in my Passport while opening the account.All those details are there with the bank.But since there was no initial they
    made me to wait for more than a month and finally rejected my name change request.I have submitted all my proofs which has my father name also.But they didn't consider it at all.
    I was very frustrated by the response from ICICI Bank and I was about to close my account. Since there is some hope with the bank I am writing this mail.
    Please consider my request and take necessary steps to change my name in account details.Please ask me if you need further information.

    Default ICICI A/C misused by Frauds , Not refunded bank since one year

    Dear Sir,

    I Mahesh Naik, having account with ICICI bank with account nos. 1) 002001044695 Powai-Mumbai Branch Maharastra ).

    , on 18 May 2011, my id is being misused by fraud. My A/Cs 002001044695 is debited 3500/ from A/Cs without to my notice

    I got call from to customer care (ICICI) Chennai, they raised a request no. 177327477.I came to know my Accounts are misused by fraud and that transaction made from my account by fraud was for recharging the reliance and Vodofone mobile currency.

    They suggested me to if you have any balance in your accounts, remove that amount , because they want to block my all internet banking facility and once the problem gets sortout , you will activate these account till that time no need to maintain Quarterly balance in my account and still problem is their and as per bank suggestion filed FIR in Police station.

    on 22.12.2011 When I called ICICI Bank Customer Care, they were reluctant to take my complaint
    Please i request to reverse 3500/Rs this as soon as possible.I have not closed this account because iam using this account since long time. So i have good relation with bank also.

    So many times i was written a mail to ICICI Bank Head quality services and customer care, but nobody responded properly.I think ICICI is just diluting its brand by lossing its valued customer of future.

    Please help me to credit 3500Rs amount to my account ASAP.
