No body in HDFC bank for customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
Below mentioned letter wasd forwarded to greviance cell bounced back as
"The following message to <greviance.redressal@hdfcbank.com> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'greviance.redressal@hdfcbank.com... No such user'"
Case history:
I have an a/c with your bank and have placed request for cheque book on 19 May 2011 and i m in constant touct with support officers.
Every time i call i have been kept on long hold with no resolution ,even after escalating ,i recieved call 2 times from mr dilip with no resolution.
Finally Mr dilip also stopped calling as had no solution.Officers/Supervisors to whom i speak are not able to provide solution and even does not want to escalate.
Cpo's are not updated with whats happening in a/c.
I have been badly frustrated with the kind of service and response recieved and i am thinking of closing my a/c also.
Because of lousy service and bad responce from customer service i have been badly impacted and failed to meet some of my personal commitments.
Kindly trace all conversations had with various officers and revert with action taken and reason for delay in providing resolution.
Need an urgent attention and respone on this issue.
