    Default Very Disappointed HDFC Customer – Escalated to RBI & Consumer Forum

    Dear All,

    This is to bring it your notice that the past experience which we are
    having with HFDC bank regarding the Normal Banking and also for the
    Personal Loan & Auto Loan has been one of the worst experiences of my
    life.

    Our Family as taken serious view of this lack luster response of HDFC
    to this critical issue. It is further observed that such incidences
    do not seem to raise any alarm or alert within your organizational
    structure. Besides, it is all the more disturbing to note that such
    Problem are brought to the notice of your Bank by us which means there
    is no mechanism to detect / sense the symptoms leading to such
    problems.

    During Auto Loans and Personal Loans after checking and verification
    it is being communicated to us that - My Account Shows some cheque
    bounces case. For which when enquired there was no details been shown.
    When cross checked with my existing Home Loan (which is with HDFC –
    Account No.HD\211850897) and Personal Loan (With ICICI) it is showing
    all the transactions cleared at first instance. This is a very
    shocking anatomy to our finding and still keeps the questions
    unanswered as to why there is no serious checks done in order to
    transact the loans.

    Truly this is one of the very worst and unpleasant experiences in my
    life which I have had. This shows us the type of customer support and
    representation of the company in the market. We are disheartened to
    say that we are associated with the salary account with HDFC and feel
    completely pathetic to continue in the same.

    We will be not only filing a case in Consumer Court but also
    highlighted it to the RBI general Body to show what type of Moral
    Outbreak has been followed by HDFC bank.

    We would make sure that such type of incidents are not occurred with
    other people and will warn them in whatever way it is possible. We
    will use this incident as a good example in seminars which I take and
    realize people not to go ahead with this organization at any cost.

    Just for your information, we have applied in other bank for the same
    loans and haven’t come across and such finding till date. Compare to
    the Banking Experience - I had in the past with ICICI and Other Public
    Sector Bank, this is truly the worst, degraded and pathetic bank of
    all. We will make the management realize about it.

    We have determined to terminate this account from this bank if there
    are continuous challenges faced with this organization in future. You
    can overcome your process gaps but you can never recover what
    humiliation we had to go through. We will see what actions are taken
    from your end to overcome these gaps and incase my queries are not
    addressed to satisfaction we will continuously highlight this
    misalignment to RBI & CONSUMER COURT.

    Default Problem faced for issuance of cheque book......​Attention required

    No body in HDFC bank for customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

    Below mentioned letter wasd forwarded to greviance cell bounced back as
    "The following message to <greviance.redressal@hdfcbank.com> was undeliverable.
    The reason for the problem:
    5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'greviance.redressal@hdfcbank.com... No such user'"

    Case history:
    I have an a/c with your bank and have placed request for cheque book on 19 May 2011 and i m in constant touct with support officers.
    Every time i call i have been kept on long hold with no resolution ,even after escalating ,i recieved call 2 times from mr dilip with no resolution.

    Finally Mr dilip also stopped calling as had no solution.Officers/Supervisors to whom i speak are not able to provide solution and even does not want to escalate.
    Cpo's are not updated with whats happening in a/c.

    I have been badly frustrated with the kind of service and response recieved and i am thinking of closing my a/c also.

    Because of lousy service and bad responce from customer service i have been badly impacted and failed to meet some of my personal commitments.

    Kindly trace all conversations had with various officers and revert with action taken and reason for delay in providing resolution.

    Need an urgent attention and respone on this issue.

    ya..i have also the same issues with home loan..today banks are no more serving their customers as they were serving earlier..

    Angry Regarding Credit Card

    Hi,


    Good Afternoon.. This is to inform your that i have submitted my documents for Credit card before 25days.. The person called me and Send someone from the bank to collect the documents at my Andheri (Sakinaka) office. This is the Details of the Executive who called me from the given no 022-30870637)..

    As per the Procedure i was suppose to get call from bank for Verification purpose within 10 days of Document Submission but still no Luck. Don't know i m Eligible for the Credit card or not i have not Received any kind of confirmation from bank also.

    My documents have been collected by the HDFC bank person and i did my signature on each document. I m little Afraid that if it will goes for misuse then i might be in trouble.

    Same has been Informed to the bank also , tried called many times but there is no such satisfied answer from bank. People picks up the call , told me to hold for a moment till they get the details and After 5 mins of holding the call , call gets disconnected.

    This is the way i m getting service from Bank.

    Request you to please have look in to this matter and Resolve the issue as early as possible.
