    Angry Indusind causing monetary and mental harassment

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have a corporate account with INDUSIND BANK.I have left the company with which the bank opened a corporate account with me.The bank has charged me without my consent.I called and asked reason they say the charge is levied as its no more a corporate account.I asked when was I informed about it.They did not provide any information(ranveer singh indusind com , ritu goel indusind com , Mukul Nair reachus indusind com).My first email was sent on Feb 8 wherein I got arrogant reply from Ranveer.I told him he can cancel my account and now I am being charged to cancel the account.

    I asked INDUSIND to provide the call or sms details made to me as claimed by INDUSIND, till date NO RESOLUTION PROVIDED.I get a standard response from Mukul Nair reachus indusind com:

    Dear Ms. Nigam,
    We refer to your E-mail dated March 02, 2012 received through reachus@indusind.com.

    Please accept our heartfelt apology, we are investigating on this matter thoroughly and will send you the necessary updates at regular intervals.

    IF THIS IS THE WAY INDUSIND IS MAKING PROFITS I WOULD LIKE TO BRING IT TO THE NOTICE OF COURT AS I WILL NOT GET HARASSED BY THEM.

    Finally got the contact detail for GK,Delhi Branch of Indusind.Spoke to Ekta ....According to her my account would be closed automatically in September and all the charges would be reversed.I have also emailed Kunal Bhardwaj <kunal.bhardwaj@indusind.com> Branch head about same.Awaiting response.......
