Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Ankan Das, customer of SBI (Ac. No- 20066358788/ madan mohanchak br. code-9710). I have deposited a Cheque amount of Rs. 48,100/- (Cheque No-601469, Axis Bank-MG Road Br., Date-19-1-2012) at Sarjapura Rd. Branch, Bangalore-37 ( Branch Code-10363). I already give some complaint their but they are not responding yet about this matter. As a banker they should not ignoring their customer, but unfortunately they do that. Its my pleasure that i have a account in SBI but now i am thinking that for this type of bad service and bad behavior i am closing my account. But sir i am requesting you that please pay attention for this matter. That i will get the money, its really urgent for me.
