Hi All,

I have been banking with CITI bank from year 2007, 3 days ago i got a mail at my work from a CITI bank representative marking it some payroll analyst in my company ( SPOC for Citi services i believe), stating i have high credit running on my account and wants to collect some documents based on our account monitoring parameters.

I would like to know, is it right to send a mail to some one in my company telling them i have high credit running on my account & so on.....

I have not even missed a single payment on my credit card or loan, till date and i am banking with these people for last 4 odd years. I felt really embarrassed when a payroll analyst is forwarding me a mail asking me to contact the CITI bank representative.

I would like to be compensated for this mess from CITI bank.
