ICICI bank blocked my savings account w'out notice I have an Savings Salaried account in ICICI bank, IndraNagar, Bangalore branch, A/C#:016901581811, last week i shocked by opening my a/c online, that showes -27,133.58 balance. contacted to the customercare and they said some of the cRediccard devision has been blocked this or some thing else.
contacted creditcard custmer care peoples and said i have not used my creditcard any more in my life also rightnow i dont have any CC with me now, i mentioned. they said, they want me to pay the amount without any question then only they will release my s/b a/c, they dont see proper details on my cards and they only checked that there was a payment of 820/- in september of 2006, they added. i have never remember any kind of transaction with this credit card.
