    Sir,

    Issue No: 1.

I am very much regret to inform you that even though sufficient balance in my passbook bank authorities returned my Cheque No 007580 dt. 23-01-2012 of Rs 45000/-, stating that insufficient fund in the account. My grievance was for a larger issue effecting my payment plan , loss of interest , cost to be borne by me towards the bounce of cheque and damage to my credit rating . I would like to invite your attention that on January 20th, 2012 I updated my passbook , which showing a balance of Rs 50101/- without crediting my family pension for last 3 months, in due course ie, from 20-01-2012 to till this date no transaction was took place in this account.

    Issue No. 2.

On Friday , January 20th, 2012 I updated my passbook in which I realized that my family pension for last 3 months not credited in my account. When I asked about my pension, no proper reply received from the bank authorities. I am still surprised why bank authorities not intimated the non credit of my family pension even after the laps of 90 days? Hence I request your good selves to intervene the matter and solve my issue legally.

Please find enclosed herewith the supporting

    1) 1)Cheque returned by the Union Bank Of India & their memorandum
    2) 2) Copy of passbook updated by bank on 20-01-2012 ( Union Bank Of India )
    3) 3) South Indian Bank passbook entry reversing the credit.
    4) Registered Letter send to Union Bank of

    Thanking you,

    Yours truely,
